Perch Hill and it's intermediaries are covered by mandatory liability insurance for förmögenhetsskada . This insurance covers any liability that we may have towards our clients. In the case a client has suffered a financial loss and the client thinks that the company has caused this loss, the client must notify the company of this within reasonable time from the time when the client noticed or should have noticed that a loss had occurred.

The maximum amount that can be paid for a loss due to intermedation is EUR 1 564 610 for any one loss and EUR 2 315 610 in total for all losses incurred in any one year

Perch Hill AB is an insurance and reinsurance intermediary licensed by and under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, see contact information below.
The company has the right to distribute all types of direct and indirect non-life insurance, and is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The company's permit can be checked in the Swedish Companies Registration Office's register, see contact information below.

Price and compensation principles
Since the company does not distribute insurance based on impartial and personal analysis the company may accept compensation from other parties than the client as long as the compensation does not conflict with good intermediation practices.

When the insurance distribution agreement is agreed the size of the compensation is defined and included in the agreement.

A complaint is free of charge and the Company will handle any complaints with due care. Complaints must be handled efficiently and in a careful manner. Complaints must be answered objectively and correctly, whereby the answer must be formulated in as clear a manner as possible so that the complainant can easily understand the information. The complaint must be answered as soon as possible and if the Company is unable to respond to a complaint within 14 days of the complaint being received by the Company, the Company must contact the complainant and provide information about what is causing the delay and when the Company can be expected to respond. If a dispute arises between a customer company and the Company, which cannot be settled through the Company's liability insurance, see separate section, reference is made to arbitration in the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce's Arbitration Institute.
